Ray Brown and Ron Duvall were beyond friendly and professional. This doesn't happen often: on time, courteous, tidy, efficient, proficient, respectful, a joy to interact with. Final project turned out fantastic with WestShore's lifetime warranty is something goes wrong. Complete package.Gotta love it!

Design Consultant Jared V. was very familiar with the product and gave great insight to the project. The installers Mike C. and Brandon W. did an excellent job removing the old tub and mud tile walls, protecting my house, and cleaning up after. I love my new shower and highly recommend this company.

I was extremely impressed with the each individual I encountered with the company. The gentleman that answered the phone, and promptly was able to set up the initial consult was impressive. The in home consultant, Tom, was professional, great guiding our choice, and wasn't pushy with the sale. And, the installation was scheduled expediently after signing the contract. The installers, Shane P and Steve P were professional and worked quickly to get the project done the same day and ensured our satisfaction. We are very satisfied with our overall experience with the company and definitely with our final product!

Our installers Ray B. & Ron D. were prompt, professional and polite. When there was follow-up work needed, West Shore sent out another technician, Steve(?) who not only corrected an issue, his repair was exceptional! Thank you to all the staff at West Shore for making this a good experience - and highly recommend them!

Company kept me informed and up to date of the timetable for installation. Technicians Mike C. and Trevor arrived on the date and time that was agreed upon. They were professional and courteous. There was not any goofing off and had all materials and equipment in hand. They did a good job with clean-up and debriefing.
