They have very good customer service because I was always informed of what they was gonna do next & my input on how I wanted it done was very important to them as well.

Job was scheduled to be completed in 2 days, it took 3 days to complete. If it weren't for caulking this job would not of got completed in 3 days??? I definitely did not get my money's worth!!! When the shower walls were installed the back top hade a bow about 6" down and in about 2". It was okay with the installer, until I said it was not okay with me.

They took out my old tub and tile and put in a shower. They also covered my old tile walls with a product that looks like bead board but also just wipes clean. It is wonderful!

Outstanding service. They called a week before the contracted date and asked if they could get started earlier. We had one problem during the existing shower rip out which was brought to my attention immediately and options discussed and quickly resolved. Throughout the rip out and installation they were professional, minimized the mess, cleaned up at the end of the work day and explained where they were and what was left to complete the project. We would not hesitate to recommend Quality Advantage for a bathroom project.

had issues in beginning and previous gave bad rating; however, after contacting the proper person to address these concerns, they came out and made proper repairs. the bathrooms are now as they should be. excellent results. exceptional service and 100% satisfactory. I would highly recommend this company. they made certain that the results are satisfying.

workers were very prompt and friendly. I didn't like the sequence of installation, but understood why it was done in such a manner for their type of business. I was discouraged from getting decorating help with the finished look of the bathroom before remodeling began and I'm very sorry that I allowed them to sway me. If I had an issue, it was resolved quickly.
