I was really satisfied with the project. The installers were on time and completed the project as they say in one day. The installers, Louie Rose and DQ Fleming were very professional and kept me informed every step of the project. Once again, I really satisfied.

After 2 hours, I told the sales rep that I needed to leave for an MD appointment. He indicated he would email me the quote we discussed. After 10 days, I have no quote. I even called the office to request the quote. Although the product looked exceptional, I would not use them.

Curtis and DQ were on time. polite, knowledgeable, hardworking and completed their work at the time they stated and cleaned -up before departing . Curtis is very experienced and did the brunt of the rapid removal and installation; a fine gentleman.

Very happy with the bathtub to shower replacement from West Shore Home. "H" and Skylar arrived on time and completed the install in one day and I'm extremely pleased with their work. Excellent service and very professional attitude, keeping me informed of the progress along the way. Very happy to recommend them to anyone looking to do a quality bathtub renovation or replacement. 5 out of 5 stars for their work and quality of the product.
