Larry M and Chris entered my home and did a wonderful job. They were professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. Everything was explained to me before the work started. They put down drop clothes all the way from my front door to the master bathroom so as to not tread dirt on my carpet. I was consulted during the installation for placement of the shower head, shelves, and grab bars. Once the work was complete they cleaned up and vacuum leaving my home in great shape. I couldn't be more satisfied with the job they did. I highly recommend them and will request them by name for my next project. Thank you Larry and Chris and keep up the great work. You guys restored my confidence in contractors getting the work done right and on time. Great Job I am very pleased!

Hello. I have a degenerative muscle disease, and unfortunately for me, itâ s been making it more and more difficult for me to step over the side of the tub, in order to take a shower. I donâ t have any grab bars in the shower either, so itâ s a huge safety concern for me. After seeing the commercials on television, my wife and I decided to have a sales consultant come over and give us the pitch to possibly have our tub/shower replaced with an all new shower setup! We had a great consultation with Justin M. He informed us of all aspects. He gave us the history on the company, and all that they offer. He showed us all the possibilities that were available to us as far as products, and designs for the new shower stall. We decided on the products, as well as the design, and entered into an agreement with West Shore. Justin indicated that the scheduling Dept would be in touch to schedule our install date. He also informed us that it may take more than a few weeks before we could get on the schedule. Much to our surprise, they called us within a few days of our consultation, and scheduled us for install within 4 weeks!! We were told that the crew would show up between 8am and 10am. On the day of, the two man crew of Eric B. and Columbus A. (Joe) arrived at 8:45am. They came into our home and introduced themselves, and went over everything that they were here to do. They covered all aspects that we had agreed upon with Justin in our initial meeting. The guys laid down drop clothâ s from the front door, all the way back to the bathroom. They treated our home as if it was theirs! They started the demo work, and consistently made sure they stayed on top of the cleanup, so as not to have dust and debris everywhere. They took out the existing plumbing for the tub/shower, and installed all brand new plumbing for the new shower setup. They made sure that there was solid blocking put in the wall so that they had anchor points for the grab bars, as well as a seat. Covered it all up with 3/4â plywood, and started to install the new shower setup! Eric had asked us to come into the bathroom and tell him where we wanted the grab bars to be installed, as well as the height placement of the shower seat! A truly personal touch! They had completed all the work, as well as cleaned up the entire work space, and had me come look at the workmanship and make sure it was all to our satisfaction. Iâ ve been in construction for over 30 years, and I know what quality work looks like. Eric and Joe are consummate professionals. They know whatâ s going on, and have a great work ethic. Other than a couple quick breaks, they worked non-stop on our project, and had it completed by 5:30pm! These guys continually invited us to come back and â sneak a peekâ whenever we wanted, as their focus was to make sure we were happy! To say that my wife and I were more than happy with how the whole thing turned out would be an understatement!! Everything about West Shore has been wonderful! Every one we dealt with had treated us with nothing but respect. Eric B and Columbus A (Joe) made sure we were 100% satisfied with all that happened, and with all the work that was performed! I would recommend this company to anyone who was looking for a knowledgeable sales consultant, to quality office folks that do the scheduling, to the skilled tradesmen that show up and do the actual work! I have a pretty high bar that has to be met before I am satisfied, and this company, from top to bottom, knocked it out the park!! Thank you West Shore!
