This was the second time we had the same shower installed in our master bathroom by West Shore Homes. The first had an issue with defective glue and started bowing out from the wall. West Shore gave us an upgraded new replacement and sent Larry M. and Trent P. to do the new install. They were incredible, very nice, polite and informative about everything that was being done. We can't say enough about the work they did. They were very professional. We are very pleased with the final outcome. The shower is beautiful.

We are so pleased with work done by West Shore Home. The installation team of Jared, Adam, David, Noah, Scott and DJ were such good representatives of their company. Arrived on time, excellent pre-installation walk-thru, neat, clean, efficient, friendly, thorough communicators throughout the process. Also excellent communication prior to the installation. We had 13 windows installed. Had also planned to do 2 sliders but Jared let us know at the beginning of installation that the sliders installation wouldnâ t happen this day due to on-site measurements that just didnâ t allow the new sliders to fit. His up front attention to this issue and his clear communication about how the situation would be resolved was excellent customer service. Highly recommend this team and product!
