Steven is a real pro and SO thorough. It was our second time to have him at the house and he was very meticulous checking not only the bait boxes and usual areas but went above and beyond by going into all the nooks and crannies behind bookcases and the dishwasher (we had a contractor onsite who moved it for us) which was a hugely overlooked area. He even went around outside under bushes to check around openings on our back porch and used the Great Stuff to plug all new holes that had been created by the mice. He even took the time to book another follow up appointment in two weeks to ensure no new activity occurs between now and then. He is very dedicated to helping us eradicate this infestation - and now we really do feel we are close to solving this problem that has plagued us for months. An absolute model inspector!

I didn’t need to use trapping that I hired them for. We were unable to find the entry point for the animal so we were still planning on setting the trap. As I was going through the attic carefully later I found the entry point and was able to secure it myself. It was an attic fan that had the screen pushed in by the raccoon. The company was responsive and was ready to install a trap the same day to help make sure we didnt lose another night of sleep. Here is a photo of the pushed in screen in the attic fan. I simply put a galvanized screen behind the fan and secured it with a staple gun.
