Mike M was just here to carry a scheduled bi-weekly inspection of the bait traps the company placed in and around the premises to get rid of mice. He was efficient, prepared, and thoroughly professional, but also outgoing and friendly. He took care to make sure that I understood what he was doing and what would happen next. He is a terrific representative of the company.

Good experience overall. I needed to inform the technician which tasks he needed to complete when he showed up. Other than that, it went pretty well, and although they left a little bit of a mess, the treatment went pretty well, and seems to have been effective.

Their fast-talking sales/inspector showed up as scheduled and provided a quote. Since we needed the issue resolved quickly we hired them with a promise that service would take place the next day. The scheduled time came and went and no one showed up. The office said it was scheduled for the following day. Not so. The sales guy acknowledged no responsibility. The job was done the next day and seemed satisfactory. The technician said he would follow up with an email. Never received an email or any follow-up contact.
