I have used multiple other companies in the past to help with my problems unsuccessfully. We hired Senate because of mice problems. I was not too impressed bu the thoroughness of the first two technicians but quality of service improved immensely once Eric did the visits. He discovered that the attic needed to be inspected and that bait needed to be replaced. My high rating applies to the service that Eric provides. He is very thorough , provides good explanations andis very professional.
