I highly recommend Senate Termite Control. They were very friendly, prompt, professional and super knowledgeable. The pricing was very reasonable and made me feel not as customer, but as a neighbor. I will be using their services quarterly. Recognition to Don and Matt for a great job well done!

I was impressed with everything. The ants are gone. All of the people were helpful and easy to work with. They will come back once a quarter. They got out to our house promptly. I do wish that they had done the work and then mentioned that they had seen termites, rather than discovering them (outside and under a rock) within a few minutes of arriving.. Still, there was no pressure. They wrote up an estimate for termite control and were agreeable and willing for me to consult a few other companies to get additional information about our situation. At this point, I would definitely call them again for the ants.

Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everything went well from scheduling to service. They were able to accommodate my schedule although I had called them late. I am very satisfied with the service I got. I will be hiring them for my next house too.

Did irradiate mice but not ants or other insects.
Response from Company:
We did resolve the mice issue for this customer. However, other insects such as ants have to be controlled not eradicate. The key word with Pest Control is "Control". Pest Control is an ongoing, preventative type of service and treatment program. Not a 1-time treatment. We are working with the customer as far as controlling his ant issue.

Kris came out to look at the house and I was able to ask him all the question that I had and felt that I had a better understanding of the issue. We were able to work out our schedule since we were busy to see him he was able to work out a time after work to see us. After we hired the company Craig came out the to lay the traps/bait out and explained everything very well for us. They worked out a weekend schedule for us and we did a walk through with him.
