My technician was professional and efficient. My job only took 15 minutes, so he took a little extra time to answer a few questions about another issue in my home. He was very patient and kind.

The estimator, home improvement crew and pest control technician were all excellent. They were courteous, friendly and competent. They explained everything clearly after listening carefully to our concerns. The estimator did a great job estimating both the pest control aspect of our job and the home improvement to include installing new attic insulation after removing old material and sanitizing the attic. The attic crew was very generous in the amount of new insulation installed. Itâ s making a big difference in keeping our 2nd floor cool this summer. The pest control technician did an outstanding job checking for signs of pest infestation including mice and insects. He expertly placed glue traps inside the house and poison bait stations around the outside of the house. All teams displayed a strong customer satisfaction attitude and provided an overall exceptional experience.

Senate was transparent about prices and services, did not pressure me into anything (most other companies I talked to did try this), and they showed up and got the work done and let me know how to reach them if it didn't work after a few days.

After talking to different companies, it was clear Senate had the most comprehensive treatment plan. This had been true of a different pest problem weâ d had in the past. If we have another pest problem (so many different kinds), weâ ll just be making one phone call - to Senate!
