I needed new termite monitors behind our house due to a recent construction project. He arrived on time, discussed the situation with me, relocated and replaced monitors where needed, then checked all monitors around the circumference of the house for their integrity and replaced the cores of all of our termite monitors. He went well beyond the amount of effort I was expecting for the job, even though he did so in inclement weather. He completed his task by discussing the work he did and the status of all of the termite monitors, not just the ones he replaced. I was very pleased with the experience.

We contacted Senate to install insulation in our attic. The service person contacted me almost immediately, arrived for service early, took several pictures, explain the process and provided the documents necessary to move forward. The service person re-sent the documents to clarify the service we needed, and completed the work without delay. I would recommend Senate for this service and for other pest control needs.
