I think the service was bad. he claims to say i had termites and i didnt i got a second opinion. I would recommend the company but not the person that did my inspection Kris Grice.

Unfortunately, this is not true. The homeowner (The Mr.) contacted us for a Wood Destroying Insect Report as he was refinancing his home under a VA loan. During the inspection, our inspector found live, active subterranean termite activity on the left front corner of the home. We visibly showed the homeowner (The Mrs.) the activity. Of course, we recommended a termite treatment to resolve the problem. The Mr. called our inspector later that day as he was not present during the inspection. Our inspector sent him photos of the termite activity. The photos showed pictures of the live activity as well as the location of his home.

Quickly responsive to my inquiry; worked with me even after hours on Halloween to schedule a time that would work with me for the next day - even though I was the one that delayed discussions due to my job demands having me on business conference calls later than planned. - The staff was still very patient, courteous and understanding to help get what I needed. - On the day of the visit, the inspector actually arrived a little early, was kind - easy going -explained the process and was respectful of our home and the need to visit the basement, garage and outdoor surrounding our home. Was surprised the process was more detailed than expected (approx 1 hr 20 min) but felt we did get our money's worth despite other cheaper vendors in the market researched. The one year warranty was a good value add and I felt the inspector was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful in his efforts to explain the benefit of the service Senate provided. Well done.
