Unfortunately, the homeowner has had a long term problem with roaches. After almost a year of no success while attempting to treat for the roaches themselves, they decided to hire a professional pest control company. We did explain to the homeowner that our treatments will take a while considering their level of infestation. Unfortunately, with roach problems we had to return and retreat several times. We did speak with the homeowner last week and all is good now.

Senate did not control the mice on my property. Their solution was to put down some plastic traps with bait and check them once in a while. Nothing strategic, no long term recommendations. The mice never left.

Unfortunately the homeowner has had a long term problem with mice. After a couple of years of no success while attempting to treat for the mice themselves, they decided to hire a professional pest control company. We did explain to the homeowner that our treatments will take a while considering their level of infestation. We believe they were looking for "overnight" success. Unfortunately, this is not reality due to their circumstances.
