The Inspector came out stating I have active termites. To treat and drill in the garage the cost was $1400. Two additional opinions were acquired both saying its ants not termites. I did not move forward with this company for obvious reasons. My tenants advise someone completed work treating the perimeter of the house and began drilling the basement. Immediately I have the word stopped and call the office/manager. The manager apologized for the confusion says you got a free treatment. I then asked about the chemical used fuse termiticide which only last 5yrs. No only was I quotes more but they don't use the chemical that last 8-10yrs, more for less! This was a Monday. I keep the company I agreed to work with (Bug Boys) and I'm provided a video of the perimeter of the house. Leaves and misc weeds are at the perimeter of my house. IF it was trenched and treated there is no way that leaves and weeds found a home in 4days. Had I agreed to work with this company and pay $1400 for poorly executed work with chemicals that last 5yrs. I would have been pissed. The company I used provided pics and video of them trenching, the holes drilled, repaired and the finished look of my homes perimeter. The after pictures of both jobs don't compare. I dodged a scam.

I have had a pest and termite control plan with Senate for twenty years. Every quarter the exterior of my home is inspected to ensure there are no termites. If I have problems with any other type of pest, inside or outside of my home, they respond to address it. The technician are friendly and well trained. I highly recommend Senate Termite and Pest Control.

Extremely friendly & courteous technicians and office. I would rate the mosquito control excellent. My other service was for carpet Beatle's. They were excellent with responding to my calls although it took a year to isolate the source. I am a satisfied consumer and canâ t say enough about the technicians. They were excellent!
