I had a termite problem. Kris Grice from Senate Termite Control provide expert advice and an optimum solution. I was in the middle of a refinancing and relied on his expertise to successfully complete the processes. Without a doubt, a exceptional and highly professional company. Very professional and did the job. I would say they probably did an oversell by selling me a bimonthly contract instead of a quarterly one, but will speak to them about this. I'm sure there will not be an issue.

I talked with Kris Grice, the field rep, and he walked me through step by step of the procedures to be used in solving my problem....and I am pleased with the results....hopefully I will not have this problem of hornets taking up residence on my house, but if I do...i know who to call

I didn't call them for termite treatment, I called them for wood shavings on top of my trash can next to my house. They came without a ladder and told me I needed Termite treatment. They misled me by telling me the product that was used for my termite treatment 4 months earlier was not for termites but just for bugs. I later went online and found out this was not true. The person that came and did the treatment left mud splatter on my front door and siding. I have a two story townhouse and they charged me $700.00 which I now think was too high. I learned from my mistake.

The homeowner did call us for a possible wood destroying insect problem as she saw wood shavings. Upon the inspection, We were very ethical and informed the homeowner that we did not see any evidence of wood destroying insects, only some random wood shavings. The homeowner then stated that she had a termite treatment several months prior as a preventive measure. Unfortunately the company she hired (from Pennsylvania) did not properly treat for termites as they did not do the necessary ground rod and trench treatment nor was there any drilling done. That company basically went around her house with a backpack sprayer and simply sprayed the
