First time using a pest company, for fleas inside the house, no pets, no carpet, but w/ kids. Full disclosure, have not yet paid as of the time of this review, and treatments are not complete, so it is hard to give ratings. However, I asked for information about what treatments would be done, how they would be applied, in generalities. I was given no specifics and the general info i was looking for was not responsive to my queries, had to wait until after the treatment was done for that. It made me think twice about choosing another company that would be more forthcoming. I appreciated the timely response, despite COVID.

Mr. Ron Washington was GREAT and made the experience so easy! The tech who came out Mr. John Daniel was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable and show a great deal of patience with me! And to have Mr. Ray do a follow up call to make sure I was happy was icing on the cake!

I received a call from their customer service to follow up on the service. That was a pleasant surprise. The agent who called me was really helpful, scheduled a follow up inspection and provided me directions that was very helpful. Although I am still waiting to see the final results, the services so far is very satisfactory.

I would give Senate 100% for persistence. They called until they got us and came out promptly. They have not finished the job yet. But are coming out next Wednesday.
