This company was very knowledgeable about the problem I was having with rodent control. They inspected the property thoroughly and provided an explanation of best practices and a timeline of completion. They were on time and completed the required work and returned as expected timely.

This is regarding termite damage. So I met with Kris G the field inspector, from Senate, and I did have another company come out and the other company through a number out and said a thousand dollars, and didn’t really explain what the treat was going to entail and they could do it tomorrow; he didn’t say what he was going to do, didn’t reference drilling around the dwelling; or calling miss utility I also am a contractor and own Evergreen contracting Services LLC and all about safety. Kris explained clearly what really needed to happen, I might have more experience repairing the damage but by no means do I know much about termites outside of seeing and finding them and telling my clients to call an exterminator, and we would normally come back after the treatment to make the needed repairs, but what I saw was a swarm, of dead bugs with wings; which is different then what I am used to seeing and boy was there a lot of dead termites with wings. I signed with Kris because he throughly explained what needed to happen and reassured me, being a professional myself I was sold, I will follow up after the treatment is done. I look forward to referring Senate out to my clients!
