Initially the service person that came out did not cover all the basics. the 2nd gentleman that came out after still having issues checked everything (John?) and then he set up a follow-up came back out, explained everything he was doing, explained what he found and told me if their were any cocerns to call back.

Friendly, polite and efficient crew. They removed all the old, mouse infected insulation in the attic, covered all potential mouse entrances, and checked the entire house. Then, they replaced the insulation. Sent me pictures from the attic as the job progressed.. Never saw a mouse again. Thanks to all who were involved.

Excellent service and always on time to perform the treatments. As predicted by the initial inspector, the problem seemed to be eliminated after the first treatment, and the next 2 treatments confirmed it was eradicated for good. I am glad to have that chapter behind me!
