Van Dozier from Senate Pest came to my door and introduced himself before our quarterly service. We have had Senate for a few years now, but I had never met Van. He explained what services he was going to do during his visit, and then asked if I had any questions or concerns. I let Van know about a dead mouse I had seen near the foundation of my home, and he assured me this was because the traps were working as they should be. He then went around the whole exterior of the house and treated all cracks and crevices with spray, and applied a granular barrier around the house as well. He also brushed away all the spider webs on the front porch, and around all of our windows. Afterwards, Van came back to the door to let me know he had completed the service, and to thank me for my business. Great experience!

Donald shows up precisely when he is scheduled to arrive. He is pleasant, requests and listens to concerns and does a thorough job. My house is pest free as a result. I enthusiastically recommend Senate and Donald.

Sure, it was fine. They were one of the only companies willing to do a one time treatment. Everyone else wanted a subscription service contract.
