Dispatcher do not properly document calls for when scheduling technician appointments for residential visits or follow-ups.

The company was willing to work with us to finance the project with multiple payments. They come out and keep check on how well we are getting rid of the rats. They are always on time if not a little early, always calling before to check if it's OK to come early. I highly recommend Senate Pest control.

The technician was extraordinarily friendly and helpful, he took the time to listen to the problem areas to ensure he could address my problems and made sure to keep my pets safe throughout the procedure with reminders for how to keep them safe after spraying inside. Amazing experience!

Very poor coordination with technician, even though my instructions on work order are clear. When he is scheduled for afternoon, he arrives in a.m. instead. After I have specified NO MORE VISITS, he arrives in Oct. and charges me again! Today Clark agrees to refund Oct. visit--(status pending).No other company makes things this difficult for the consumer. In sum: it is not the bargain it looks like.
