Kris was extremely responsive in coming to inspect the site, diagnosing the backyard nests of cicada killers and scheduling the treatment. My issue is that he spent much of his time promoting the treatment and trying to sell other services such as annual termite inspections that probably are a good idea and not enough time explaining the pros and cons of treating the problem he was brought out to diagnose. It turns out cicadas killers are beneficial insects that, while annoying and intimidating looking, are of little to no danger to humans and naturally die off in a month or two. Shame on me for not doing further research instead of signing the treatment contract on the spot. I now regret authorizing the treatment of what was really more of a perception than actual problem, esp. when it would have taken care of itself anyway within a month of two.

This was a rental property that the landlord contacted us about cicada killers on his rental property. The landlord did in fact call us back to inform us that his tenant did get stung by a cicada killer. Typically, cicada killer's are not very aggressive, however the tenant who was stung tried to treat the problem prior to our treatment date. Unfortunately, the landlord already posted this review. He also asked our inspector (Kris) if we covered termite treatments and termite coverage. We gave the landlord all termite coverage information upon his request and at his discretion.

Chris arrived on time, didn t try to sell me up, which happens constantly with exterminators. It took Chris five minutes to find the wasps huge nest and got on a long ladder and sprayed the critters into oblivion. Would absolutely use Senate in the future. I was a retailer for 50 years and enjoy watching a well run company. Ken Sickmen

I contacted them and they were able to come out the next day and take care of the wasp nest and 2 other nests. They even proactively checked to make sure there weren t nests forming in other locations around the house. Kris was very personable. I was even able to send pictures to Kris before the visit so he knew what he needed to do the job and could give me an accurate quote. In a world where customer service is lacking, he truly knows what it means to serve the customer. Thanks!

This is how it should be done. no hard sells, no scam offers. I called and told them what I needed, they explained everything and showed up on time. No hidden fee, Kris Grice was top notch. I will recommend them to anyone.
