I found some unwelcome visitors in my house . I tried different methods but it seems like wasn't working and they couldn't resist a house full of yummies. I contacted Senate Termite Control. I spoke with Kris and set up and appointment. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and showed places where the uninvited can get inside. So smart that they made a hole on the drywall. He gave me a quote and didn't try to sell me any extra packages or things that I didn't need and was able to work with me with the payments. He explained things I need it to do to have the house ready for the first visit and gave me his number to call if I have any questions. First visit Tech Dave showed up on time and very polite. I had someone helping me to install a dishwasher and he waited for a few minutes until they're done since can't be at the house for 3 hrs after treatment. He explained what he'll be doing and what I need it to do after. I was very pleased with both Techs and services and definitely will recommend to my friends. Thanks

Inspector was delayed at previous customers, but did not let me know he would be late until an hour past appointment time. Once on site, he was very professional and completed the inspection quickly.
Response from Company:
As the the homeowner stated, we did contact the homeowner on the way to his residence. The scheduled time to arrive was between 2-3pm. Our inspector arrived at 2:53pm. We only ask for a 1 hour window as most companies can have a 2-4 hour window of arrival time or more. We did arrive between the 1 hour window given to the homeowner and contacted while on route to the home.
