Senate Termite and Pest Control

I am pleased with the plan I have made the Senate get rid of the mice in my home.

An appalling experience, culminating in a belligerent employee repeatedly refusing to leave my house when asked - avoid this company. Sol Tucker came to perform an inspection as part of the warranty, following a liquid termite house perimeter treatment a year ago - that I had been told, without ambiguity, would be good for at least 5 years. The inspection lasted 10 seconds in my single unfinished basement room before he started trying to sell more products. He began by stating that the liquid treatment was only good for 7-12 months, maybe 18. I explained this was in contradiction to what I had been sold, to which he responded that I as a customer should know better with regards to the price of the product covering something for that length of time. I told him that I was frustrated at the situation and politely and calmly asked him to leave my house, which he refused. He then started ranting about how he needed to punish someone (an employee) and that he regularly terminates people without hesitation&. I told him that was not my concern as a customer, that it relates to the internal workings of their company and should not be put on me since it was not something I was requesting. I asked him to leave the house a second time, which he refused again. He then began to justify his refusal to leave by saying that he was just asking questions, and that if I were to come into his place of business asking questions he would not ask me to leave. I pointed out that the analogy was absurd and this was my home. Finally, after angrily requesting he leave my house for the 3rd time during a 10 minute period, he left, after calling me condescending and rude - despite that I had been 100% polite, and only raised my voice after refusals to leave my house... like a normal person would. The misrepresentation of the longevity of the termite treatment is a reason to stay away from this company, but it the repeated refusal to leave a customers house that is truly unacceptable and disturbing. This does not seem to be a rogue employee situation since Mr. Tucker claimed to be a senior employee having worked at the company for around 20 years.

Just started with them so far so good.

The amount they are charging for the service I think they should give more effort in actual service. No complaints on the guy who came to give treatment because he was awesome but I feel something is lacking in their process of service. Also, no followup made by them.
