The inspector was very good at explaining the different types of termite control and which was appropriate for the very low level infestation I had.. He said that treatment would require drilling through concrete pads and porch to apply the underground treatment, and estimate seemed to price the treatment to include that. The technician who applied the treatment indicated that he could do it without drilling since my porch and pads were not wide. So maybe I was overcharged a bit as the application seemed to go very smoothly and easily.

I knew that I had had an animal in my attic. I wanted its entry point discovered and corrected. The first inspector was unable to find any entry and ordered two traps to be installed a few days later. Instead, a 2nd inspector arrived unannounced and was unaware of the 1st inspector. He subsequently brought one trap and put it my attic. Beyond a periodic inspection of the trap, my problem continues.

There could be nothing better than having a reliable source of sanitizing and cleaning your attic. It's Senate for us; they have been with us for over a couple of years now. And frankly, their insulation installation has simplified our lives in such a healthy way. Their system boasts of a large capacity vacuum actually & it has just helped us remove the contaminated insulation from our place. Would recommend!
