I'm rating Senate Termite Control for their first job of eradicating my mice issue. I've also hired them to do insulation of my attic in the near future. As for the first job, well, Senate Termite must have done a great job cause since the service was provided, we have not seen any mice droppings which previously happened every single day. I'm so pleased with the entire process. Rep Kris did an excellent job explaining the process from finish to end. While I wasn't there when the job was actually getting done, I was told the individual doing the work was excellent as well. Very thankful for their service.

Quick response to a desperate plea for help. Their service was great! Got someone out to look at my problem and provide a free estimate same day, just hours after I called. Reasonable rates: I signed up for 1 year of quarterly services. Both the estimator and technician were friendly and professional. I cant give a 5th star until I see how well the treatment works.

Their technicians are rushing and not very thorough . They treated my house using a spray and a bait that I found inside my freezer compartment. With the second treatment for ants, IÂ’m still seeing black ants. I also purchase a termite retreatment warranty and I was told that they just inspect and not do any preventive measures . They are giving me a hard time cancelling the warranty .

The homeowner was having carpenter ant problems. Carpenter ants are wood destroying insects. The homeowner had let this problem continue for over a year. We explained that since the problem had been ongoing, it may take us a few treatments to get this issue under control. Unfortunately this customer wanted "overnight" results. We attempted to contact the homeowner to do everything we could to go back out to their home and continue to retreat until the problem was under control. Unfortunately, they elected to cancel their service.

search vendors until you feel comfortable, I was about to hire someone else but wasn't quite comfortable with their practice so I RE-searched /called again around until I finally found one, happened to be the great person who did the job without any hassle, good profession manner. was very happy.
