Spoke to Kris on phone about STC's quarterly pest control program. He told me it was $90 per quarter. When I met with him to sign the contract, I learn the initial treatment would be $195 and then after that it would be $90. I feel he should have told me about this $195 charge while we were on the phone. It was a total coincidence when I learned another family member had just signed a quarterly pest contract with Kris. When I looked at their contract, there was NO initial fee, just $90 quarterly payments. Have lost trust in this company and will not be renewing contract when one year is up.

I wa not informed on the phone that if the bee problem was in a tree the company would not do anything about it and I was not told by the saleperson that when the insect control spraying was done that all of my windows would be sprayed. I spent 3 hrs cleaning windows and the next day the technician came and sprayed the lower half of all my clean windows. :-(. However, t salesperson was very courteous and professional, the person taking svc call was also very professional and courteous and the technician was awesome! He was very friendly, informative and professional. So far I am pleased with the service that was performed.
