Unfortunately, we are not sure what this customer is stating. This customer hired us after he received 2 other quotes. We have scheduled his treatments / appointments and he is very satisfied with our treatment process. (perhaps this customer is confusing our company with another pest control company)

Kris contacted me immediately from the time I first put out the request for an inspection. he followed up with me the night before to ensure that we were still on schedule. He then called to let me know that he could come earlier and he was on time. He explained the entire process for the inspection report, provided me copies fand backed it up with a 1 yewr warranty.
