Inspector came out to inspect our rental property for rats and give us a free quote on an estimate. He was an excellent inspector bc he’s had a lifetime of experience as an exterminator, very knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and friendly. He answered all my questions and honored doing a full interior/exterior inspection of my house and huge barn sized shed and gave me a free quote/estimate. My property was not ready for the quoted $1,700 full service extermination. From the evidence he found, he estimated our new & recent rodent activity consisted of about under a handful, maybe 3-5 total rats. Said I could set some traps and solve the problem. When my rental is ready for the full service that the inspector recommended, I will most definitely be calling Senate to do that big job. I highly recommend this company for rat extermination services.
