Both guys who came out (one provided the quote, the other performed the work) were very nice and helpful. They came to eliminate a bee problem, and thats exactly what happened... no more bees! Would have been 5 stars all around, but I had to call in and see the status of an appointment a week later, because the signed contract for work to be performed never made it to the right people in the office.

We've used another pest control company in the past and have been shopping around for a new one due to the other going out of business. Senate was very responsive to our inquiry and were very easy to work with. They were friendly and even answered our questions late in the evening; a very professional company. They scheduled our first treatment quickly and we've had no issues so far. Great job!

Hired them a couple years ago when we had an issue with ants, signed a year agreement for them to come out quarterly for treatment. Problem has resurfaced and considering hiring them again. He explained that with ants it’s “control” not extermination.
