Came without setting up appointment and left a mess of dead bugs spray cap and large pieces of wasp nest on the ground. Left no safety warnings around the nest or on the paper left at door.

The people who came out were nice, but their billing has been a hot mess from day one. I would be charged for the wrong thing and have to call and ask what it was about. They'd apologize and say "Oh sorry, our system must have done something weird." This happened NUMEROUS times where I was sent a bill for a service I hadn't used or had cancelled. I would never use them.

The technician Kris determined we didn't have additional yellow jacket nests and told us to continue spraying and dusting the one next we'd found. No charge for this advice!
