I submitted an initial inquiry on their website for a quote. I got a call that same evening. I was impressed at the speed at which they responded. Also, I thought impressive was their persistence in trying to get a hold of me. I wasn't available the first few times, but they kept trying. I had the initial service today, and the technician was super friendly. He have great customer service.

My experience with Senate has been great so far. They are so responsive! I met for an initial meeting last week, signed up for services and a technician came today to put traps in place. He reviewed everything with me; his patience, attention, and knowledge was so appreciated! A follow up visit will occur in 2 weeks, but he assured me if I needed anything at all before that to call the office and they would send help. Although I’m “creeped” out about my infestation, his assurances of help eased my mind!

The job was completed correctly, Replaced all the old traps and replaced with new ones.
