My husband and I moved into our home July of 2025 in need of a water filtration system for our home, and we were so thankful to find Purfect Water Solutions (PWS). Mr Scott Culin, the President of Marketing & Strategy, out the gate, was professional and attentive to our ebb and flow while we transitioned into our new abode. He was detailed, yet concise in responding to our inquiries and walked us through the entire process—from start to finish. He was so patient and thorough in both clarifying/breaking down the industry leading filtration system PWS partnered with. Providing the info we needed in order to learn how it functions inside out. Our tech, Mike Kapa, was so down to earth and candid yet super proficient as well—truth be told, customer service is a lost art in today’s world, it literally feels extinct. However not with the PWS team. Corresponding with Scott was simply a breath of fresh air. The water is clean and crisp; we’re humbly grateful to include this system in our home!

Great group of guys. The technicians were great. I believe their names were Mike and Sean. Scott the representative was amazing! From start to finish, he answered every question we had even after hours! ? which is super rare nowadays? Highly recommend for anyone looking for clean, healthy, alkaline water!?

Working with Purfect Water Solutions was a positive experience. The team was supportive, management was approachable, and the work felt meaningful because it focused on helping customers. It also gave me the chance to build skills in communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

The respectfulness and professionalism of every individual from Scott the salesman, Bryan, the crew manager, to John and Mike, the installer technicians, were above expectations without a doubt! We have had a very bad couple of weeks, with loosing a freezer full of food, and our septic line breaking just a couple days before this treatment system install! We were worried to death fore sure, that something wasn’t going to go right, but in fact, this entire service was a complete pleasure. I cannot thank each of these individuals enough for their service and politeness. I am sure this is a testimony to the quality of Purfect Water Solution itself. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is in need of the type of services they offer. Thanks again to each of you.

From the beginning we enjoyed our conversation with Curtis about the water and the systems they offer. We were particularly interested in filtering our water due to skin irritation issues that had been around since the purchase of the house. Doctors said it was not the water, but after trying many other solutions we decided to buy this system and hope there would be improvement. Within the week, the skin issues were healing and have not come back. It was worth every penny we spent to feel comfortable consuming and using the water in our home. Curtis was very personable. He followed up with us to test the water and answer all follow-up questions. We would recommend the system to anyone.

Curtis was so friendly and personable. He broke everything down and explained it in a relatable way. We really appreciated actually being able to see the science behind what was in our water. Our new system works great and has helped my curly hair not be a frizzy and skin feel less dry especially over the last few winter months.

Work hasn’t been completed so other than the pre completion I can’t comment. Very knowledgeable, thorough and reasonable price.
