Not only does this company deliver state of the art equipment - they are super nice, knowledgable of everything they bring to your home, high quality service with really great people ! You canâ t beat what they deliver ! I love the idea I am investing in my home - with clean great tasting water by the way and saving all the plumbing & protecting my familyâ s health all at once. They came in one day to install and itâ s an incredible water softener and filtration system. We are telling everyone we know to get this installed ! Itâ s awesome !!!

The Salesperson, Nick, was a wonderful and knowledgeable person and so were the two installers. The system is working perfectly. My only regret is that I wish I had installed a system years ago.

While it's a touch more expensive than some solutions, Evan and the team were there to identify the issues, propose some solutions, and match on pricing. They follow up with a guarantee on their work and any issues you may have, and I learned a lot from the installer - he was easy to talk with and was training two people so we went into depth about the pieces and how to make sure it's all working right. Followup visit will be next week and while I would rather see some credit instead of free soap, the system works well as anticipated, no issues so far after a couple weeks.

We worked with the Orbit team over the course of several days to evaluate our familyâ s needs. Evan was knowledgeable, friendly and professional, serving as a great resource for us. We compared the Orbit solution to several alternatives, and in the end decided to move forward with the Puronics Hydronex iGen. The factors that influenced our decision included the wide range of impurities the system could remove and the straightforward maintenance process (without the need for an external professional to periodically return to our home). Tim made the installation process a breeze. We could see the change in water quality upon our first use. We are fully satisfied with the system and the team, and have recommended it to friends and family.

We are very impressed with the expertise shown by Orbit during all phases of the project. Nick was very thorough in explaining each aspect of testing of our water supply, and also in giving an overview of the surrounding communitiesâ water quality. He was completely knowledgeable about every feature the products offered, answering every question we had. We are absolutely delighted with Orbit and would highly recommend them ! Installation was prompt, efficient, clean, and courteous. Results are outstanding.
