I usually donâ t do many reviews But this was a pretty good experience with Orbit. The sales and customer service was easy w Scott, and the installation team (forgot their names, sorry) was fabulous. They quickly installed the sustem.. easyâ ¦ and then had figure the drainage system â they smartly crawled Nader my house and tied it into the plumbing under my crawlspace. Very neat and professionally done and the install fellows were pleasant and professional. I thought the system was a little expensive but when I looked at other systems you still have to order it online, then hire a plumber for installation., etcâ ¦Orbitâ s business model is much easier and I feel comfortable paying for the warranty and lifelong service upfront, which I rarely do.. And, by the way, the softener and filtering really works well, exceeded my expectations.

We now have a whole house water conditioning and purification system that we love. My four daughters love the soft water impact on their skin and hair. The water taste great from the kitchen sink with our RO system. Installation was perfect. We should have called Orbit and Jim years ago. The Lifetime Warranty is impressive. No one else offered this.

I recently got a water test from Orbit because I was worried about the chorine smell. Dustin came out and gave us a water analysis. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He showed us exactly what was in our water and it was alarming! Dustin showed us a few solutions to fix these issues, sized up the install, and was able to fix the water the very next day. Ryan did the install and he was amazing. He took the time to walk us through and answer all questions we had. Iâ m very happy with Orbit and already recommended them to friends and family
