If you have a water softener or filtration project, I highly recommend Orbit Energy Power. I had a very favorable experience with the company . Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbits equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. I will definitely use them again .

Professional and courteous staff. Took the time to explain everything and how it works. The installers were on time and cleaned up after they were done. Answered all questions. Knowledgeable about their products. Dustin was a pleasure to deal with. Made you feel like you were family. Highly recommend.

Orbit was a pleasure to deal with. They gave us an exact time they would be here for both appointments instead of giving us a window of time, which is hard to find these days. On top of that, they were on time or early each time. Justin did a wonderful job explaining the benefits, and the install team were in and out in no time. We got a softener, filtration system, and alkaline drinking water system. We couldn't be happier, and wish we would have done this sooner. A+ business!
