We recently had a complete water filtration system installed by Purfect Water Solutions and couldn’t be happier! Our experience started with Curtis who was very professional, friendly, and explained all of our questions and the install was scheduled for less than a week away. Ryan and Mike were the installers who were courteous, respectful, and their work exemplified their experience and knowledge. We immediately tasted the refreshing difference of alkaline water and definitely feel the difference in the water quality with our skin. Also the General Manager Evan was very helpful and accommodating to make sure our installation went as smooth as possible. This is a 5 star company and we highly recommend them hands down.

Purfect water checked the water and found high level of Iron because the system was not doing its job. We had a drinking water system installed which was a wise choice we made. We don’t have to buy store brought water anymore.

Installation was timely and thorough. Everyone answered every question we have and are extremely knowledgeable about the product.

After consulting with 4 companies, we chose Purfect Water Solutions for their unmatched knowledge, excellent pricing, and lifetime warranty on their systems. Curtis was incredibly thorough, explaining the impact of each water test on health—something no other company did. We went with the Hydronex 30C water softener and reverse osmosis system with remineralization, which maintains essential minerals in the water. Their biannual service plan is a great bonus. Installation was quick and professional, and when a small leak appeared, they fixed it promptly without extra cost. After 3 months, we’ve seen significant improvements—softer skin, no hard water buildup, and no spike in energy costs. We’ve only used half the salt in 2 months. We decided to install whole home water softener and purification system. I chose Purefect waters as recommended by my friend . Very happy I took his recommendation. Scott Culin is very prompt in replying and answering all questions about product, scheduling appt and making sure technician is there at your house. Once that was done, we had Mike to install and he was on time, thorough in process. Explained me each step and what he is doing as well as kept the work neat and very tidy. No space was wasted in the installation. Very happy with process and product , would definitely recommend.
