I got to know Scott through one of the references. Right from day1, he is always responsive anytime in a day. Even after installation, Scott was prompt in clarifying any kind of question. Ryan is the guy who did the installation and he was also very polite and answered all questions patiently during installation. Definitely recommend the product and great customer service.

The sales representative Scott was excellent and thorough, very professional. he provided me with detailed information on the product and pricing. The install technician Ryan showed up on time installed the unit and provided me with an explanation of his work and his business card. Very happy with this company!

Throughout my entire experience with the company they were all professional and answered any question I had. My installation process took no more than 2 hours, and everything has been running smoothly since I had the water treatment installed. They took my old system away too which was great and one less thing for me to worry about. The company also offered different financing options that worked with what was best for me which makes the purchase easier.

Everything was smooth and easy from the sales call to the install. Scott went above and beyond to answer all my questions, even to the point of answering my call at odd hours. He did not pressure me to make a decision immediately. The installation was quick and the technicians also gave me clear and knowledgeable information about the system and answered my questions. I am enjoying the quality of the water.

Working with this company has been amazing. Scott is a true professional everything that he promised he delivered on. The technicians were on time and everything was done by code and passed inspection by our local county inspector. The lifetime guarantee was just the cherry on top.
