Orbit has been absolutely excellent in helping me with my home water filtration needs. Their representative, Evan, visited my home where he tested my water, step by step, right in front of me the whole way. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and really made the decision easy for me. The two gentlemen who later came to install the filtration unit were also very professional and installed the filter very quickly. They explained to me how the system worked, how little maintenance it needed on my end, and how they would come back for any repairs or changes, free of charge. I can not recommend this company enough!

Seems that you shouldn't have to pay for decent water but in the town I live in the water is hard and full of bad minerals. And it's not going to improve! So after getting 4 estimates I went with Orbit Water. I loved that the company, Orbit, backed up their machinery with a lifetime warranty covering all labor and parts. Knowing how important water is, I also got the reverse osmosis for my drinking and cooking water. I fill up my water bottles and never leave home without them. I also love that you use very little shampoo/conditioner and that my hair is so much softer. Also only using a little dishwasher powder and very little washing machine detergent will save me quite a bit of money. My clothes are softer without having to use fabric softener. It also is less wear and tear on my plumbing. My glass doors are sparkling without using harsh chemicals. My faucets no longer have calcium deposits and all the orange hues around them are gone. I'm so happy to not have to use bottled water to brush my teeth anymore. Also not having to buy bottled water will save me money. Most everyone cares about watering their lawn but not watering themselves. I want my family and friends to enjoy having clean and delicious water. They all bring their own water bottles and fill them several times a day. I don't have to remind them to drink water because they find the Reverse Osmosis to be delicious. I'm finally at peace, in my fairly new house, knowing I have safe water with my Orbit Water System.
