Write a ReviewGreat job done by the technicians. Back flow preventer was a big plus. Really shows they care about what they do. I highly recommend them.
Thank you so much for giving us 5 stars! We are the love that you have had such a great experience working with us, and our team! Thank you for choosing to work with us.
Evan was very knowledgable about the system and how he could remedy our situation. He listened to what our needs were, ran several tests and came up with a solution. He explained the test results and what the system did to remove the harmful toxins and replenish the water with nutrients. He went over everything very thoroughly. The install was done quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with our new system.
We're so happy to know you had such a great experience with our team, and are satisfied with your new water purification system! Thank you for the 5-star review, and choosing to work with us.
Paid 6000 for softener and filter system with reverse osmosis under the kitchen sink. THE SYSTEM works use water quality detector to test it a little almost a week show TDS (total dissolved solids) in osmosis under 20, whole home under 100. TOC (total organic carbon) under 2. COD (chemical oxygen demand) under 2. I did my research people need TDS accords to EPA under United States is 500mg/L do this is a pass. The COD and TOC reflects pollution level in humus, bacteria and antibacterial drugs, chemical and polycyclic organic pollutants. The reason I brought this system more expensive than other systems in the market by almost 2x is the lifetime warranty with labor and filter free for the whole house. But you have to buy filter for the osmosis system that you can do yourself for 99 a year or every other year depending upon your usages. These system maintenance cost a lot for the cheapest system usually 100 per quarterly or 3 months for the whole house for for 400 per yearly its water usage do not forget watering lawn or plants runs through the system so it will be a lot of water. If you look up the information an average household uses 80 to 100 gallons a day. Anyway the system is good after testing it but the sale representative did not go through the details of their system advantages vs their competitors overall long-term expenses even through they are more expensive in the short run. The water test to me is a waste of time. But I know this is standard procedure. However, sales show stress the long term savings and strength behind their product and terminology so customers can do research and price saving if they want to do it themselves or through their company and different packages availability. The installer did their job fast but did not really explain the product good thing they had a manual that I can read. I wish they explain what some of the procedures are. They said the do a whole house flush but I was not told they were doing it or descaling and testing. However, no one told me when the did it or the water test to see the filter was working. I call management they sale they did it but I did not see they doing it. Anyways I brought a water testing kit and a digital test from a website and the product show it is doing its job. However, this was not good customer service for not test when they are doing the house flush and water testing. PLEASE NOTE: This system comes with no indication of product working or status. The plumber just said you will taste the chlorine when it does not work but I was thinking that is not what people want we want to be sure. Example my county for water had human waste and other issues by via text because I registered my number every since Michigan issue. I do not want to run into the convenience of my filter failure during these times. By the way Philadelphia and various locations also had failures in processing also in the pass if your not registered you do not know and usually too late. Anyway the digital tester cost 80 and I got color coded test strips (100 strips) for 20. I am going to test monthly as for the reverse osmosis I replace it if it does not make the mark for the testing in filter replacement. The digital tester test bacterial and chemical those test cost 20 per each purchase so buy digital for al little bit more money get one that test TDS, TOC, and COD if you being cheap this test most important ones and common ones for city water ,but I like to be super save so I brought the test strip that test 30 different things in the water. These strip does not test bacterial those cost per use 20. Anyway this system I check its one of the few that has the least issues other than the no warning if its working ,but that is the same for most systems only some has warning but they are not specific. For example some has a pressure flow rate but this does not answer the question of it filter the water. ...
They were great
Thanks so much for the 5-star review! We're thrilled to know you're satisfied with our services.
Dustin went out of his way to make sure my water would be free of all toxins. He explained the entire reverse osmosis system and although it is pricey it is worth it. Iâ m so glad to be free all the plastic pollution caused by plastic bottles and brita filters. I would definitely use Orbit Water, Dustin and his team if you really care about your health.
Thank you for this fantastic review! We love nothing more than knowing our customers are happy and content with their new installs and with our customer service!
We got water softener and reverse osmosis systems from Orbit. Scott Culin is the person who helped us starting from water quality testing, setting up appointments with the installation team, etc, and made the process very easy. He patiently answered all my questions through phone calls and text messages before and after installation. The orbit installation team is very proficient and courteous and performed an excellent job. We could feel the water quality after the installation of the unit. I would like to thank Scott and the Installation team for their wonderful job.
Fair, and complete job done.
Thank you for the 5 star review! We appreciate your business and are happy to know you are satisfied with your new install!
Scott was very knowledgeable about the system and even met me in FL to test my parents water filtration system. He was very responsive and available to answer all questions I had! Scott was great!!!
We are so happy you had such a great experience working with us and our team! Thank you for this amazing review, and for choosing to work with us!
Scott Culin was the sales person I dealt with. It took me months to decide on what company to go with. Scott would periodically check in on me but wasnâ t â pushyâ like other sales people. He would always respond right away to all my questions. Even after I bought my water softener system and RO system, when everything was done being installed, he still continued to answer all my questions and helped to resolve some issues we were having with the system. I still have yet to see if Orbit will live up to its promises in the long run, but so far the team has been very responsive and great to deal with. I have been recommending them to all my neighbors and friends.
We love knowing that you had such a great experience working with us! Thank you for deciding to go with us for your new water softener system installation! We appreciate your business as well as your wonderful review, thank you!
This company is great. They reached out to me after inquiring about water softener, and the customer service personI spoke to was super nice. Natalie took the time to schedule a time that worked for me; in order to have the marketing agent come test the water and advice you on what would work for you and your family. Mike, the marketing agent, was super nice, tested our water, and explained in the detail how this affects our overall well being; as well as the well being of our appliances. We're new homeowners, and the concept of a water softener was relatively new to us, and because of the are we live it's necessary. In addition, we also got a reverse osmosis kitchen counter filter, which makes the water taste really awesome. I'm raving to all of my friends about the quality of our clean water and totally recommend them.
We love knowing that you had such a great experience that you've been telling your friends about us! Thank you for working with us, we appreciate your business, and are so happy that you're so satisfied with your new installs! Thanks for the amazing review!
