I had a water treatment system and a reverse osmosis system installed. It was recommended by a fellow co-worker. I scheduled an appointment to have my water tested with Mike, who was absolutely great. He answered all my questions, explained everything to me, and walked me through the process. He scheduled my install for the very next morning. The two installers were here before the scheduled time, the both went above and beyond to show me the system and even explained why I did not have cold water in my sink. They fixed the problem for me in under a minute. I had a slight problem, when I called Mike a technician called me within 10 minutes and fixed the problem. I strongly recommend this company even if it is not for a water treatment or reverse osmosis system. The company and its team are extremely helpful, friendly, and go out of their way to make you feel like your the most important customer.

Our water system is from Well and we had some issues and so we tried to look for water system that can accommodate our needs. Jarrod, the orbits representative tested the water in front of us and explained the results clearly. With their good service, perks and lifetime warranty of the system we decided to make the investment. So far, everything went well.

Scott was a great salesman! He was able to get installation next day! Ever since the installation the water has been so smooth and has even removed the egg smell that was driving me crazy. All in the first week! The customer service is amazing as well. They needed to come back to patch up somehome made and again was able to come out immediately!! Thank you so much!

While we were desperate to get our water Softner + purifier install I was researching online on this market. While looking for a brand which gives lifetime warranty for parts and labor I was also keen on Customer service to be supreme. Scott was outstanding from start to finish in explaining and demonstrating which met my all expectations. I would recommend Scott and Orbit solutions to any of my friends and colleagues. I am fully satisfied the level of service and product in a reasonable price for what I budgeted .
