Dustin was awesome and went above and beyond to explain how the system worked and follow up to ensure everything was working well. We LOVE this system. We could instantly feel a difference in the shower and the chlorine smell was immediately gone. Highly recommend getting a treatment system through Orbit!

Enjoying our new water treatment system. Our old one was leaking. Now we have a new stainless steel system in our basement. Our salesman, Scott, was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone who us interested in a water treatment system.

I recently purchased a home and the water was very hard. I researched a few companies for a water softener and decided to move forward with orbit. They are very professional. They took their time and explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. From the techs to the sales department, the customer service is top notch. Since the install of the softener, the difference is remarkable. Softer water, shiny hair and better skin. I also had an RO installed and the drinking water tastes great!

Two main points. First, Orbit makes the best system. I looked at four and theirs is a newer technology that uses far less salt and takes up a smaller footprint. On top of that, the reverse osmosis adds back in the necessary minerals to make the water both clean and healthy. Second, multiple members of my community had treatment systems installed. Everyone feels the same. Very professional sales and installation staff. Only one home had a minor hiccup and they fixed it immediately. I donâ t often write reviews, but I have to hand it to Orbit. They really hit the ball out of the park. Great product, great service, and competitively priced.
