This is the best sales person I have ever met, he is knowledgeable, about the system installation, very articulate, explicit, Mike showed great diligence,, if anyone out there looking for a new water treatment I highly recommend you speak to Mike, The install team was very prompt, the work was done in a very timely fashion and they took the old system away, they cleaned after the work was done and even swept the whole basement, I was impressed by their hospitality, BEST IN TOWN, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Orbit did a wonderful job on replacing my old water system. The quoted price of $7,400 was dropped to $5,000 even after some promotions. Evan our sales contact was upfront and honest with what we needed versus what we didn’t. The previous quote we received from another company was $4,700 but only came with a 10 year warranty as opposed to the lifetime warranty Orbit has. The plumber was quick and efficient and Evan called back and scheduled a follow up for next week right after the job was complete. I would definitely suggest this company!!!

So the salesman is fantastic. Evan is responsive and answers your questions and really puts you at ease. John was great - came and did the work - installed in a couple hours (both a home and RO system) and then walked me through all the things that I needed to know about my system. They followed up and were great. In terms of value of the system its hard to compare apples to apples as all the various systems don't have tech specs cleanly listed in terms of what they do and do not remove from the water. I will say the RO system creating alkaline water was a selling point for me. The missing stars are for the following small points which may be unique to me: - the faucet they put in requires you to push it back to turn on - I wanted it forward - Still waiting to hear back about that above issue. Was told they would get back to me and still waiting (again such a MINOR complaint) - The system costs more than my brother's. Its too soon yet to understand if its worth the extra price but I loved the reviews of the work and the customer service. To me that's worth the extra money but then again I'm big on service. I will say my water tastes great.
