Customer service and contact with the customer is first with this contractor. Fast call-backs, quick appointments and great follow through. Vinney was present on the day of installation and left the rest up to his plumber Alex. Alex the plumber was great and that night Vinney called to hear about my experience. The following week Vinney phoned to hear about our water. Now 2 weeks later, Vinney made an appointment, came back, and retested our water. It's all about customer service and customer satisfaction and this company and Vinney have only 5's

Project: Installation of floor receptacle I had an electric reclining couch sitting in the middle of a great room without any access to power. Orbit sent me a really nice guy, Mike Monkiewicz, to solve my problem, and his attention to detail and the care he took to do the job was top-notch! Orbit Energy takes the extra step to please its customers. During my solar panel onboarding process, I mentioned to Frank Washart, Orbit Director of Sales, that I had a problem getting electric to my couch. Frank said he had a team of electricians that could help. A few weeks later. They sent me Mike Monkiewicz. Really nice guy and very knowledgeable. I told him I needed an electric outlet in my floor, under my couch. (Note: I have a new home with beautiful hardwood floors and this couch is in the middle of the great room with no way to get power to it.) Mike immediately wanted to make sure I truly wanted an outlet where I was suggesting. He pointed out I had really nice floors, and he made sure he evaluated all options before we went with the cutting in the floor option. Once we ran through all the other options, I was sure that is what I wanted. It made me feel wonderful that Mike was looking out for me, making sure the customer was not just making a rash decision. Mike left my house to go shopping for the parts. He came back 40 min later with the nicest floor receptacle that matched my hardware throughout the house and complemented the beautiful dark hardwood floors! I am truly happy with the results.

The response using HomeAdvisor was very fast. The representative from Pure Aqua Solutions called within minutes of asking for an estimate. Miles was timely for his evaluation of our water quality and very knowledgable and friendly. We purchased the system and had it installed two days later.

Responded quickly and once Vinnie arrived he explained the products use and benefits after testing our water. He answered all questions and never tried to push the sell. My husband and I bought the products because of the benefits to our health and the price was a great value.
