We had the water softener system installed and couldn't be happier. I can tell a big difference in the water its silky smooth. Washing dishes you have to hold on extra tight, they will slip away from you. Service representative Scott was the best, did several follow-up call and any time I called he answered every concern I had. I can't remember the system installer Name but he's was a great Tech very professional.

We had a new water softener system installed and could not be happier with our choice. Originally, we were going to use a system you can buy from any home improvement store, but are glad we upgraded. Not only is the system amazing, but everyone was super professional and knowledgeable . Mike was extremely informative about the system and explained everything in great detail while being friendly and never pressuring us to decide. The installers were very courteous and checked-in with us about where to put the system as a preference and explained the system to us as well. We noticed a difference in the water right away. The soap was able to actual lather up, our hands did not feel dry, the smell was gone and no more water spots. Extremely satisfied with the system, it is worth the money! We have been trying to convince all of our friends and neighbors that they need to get it and stop dealing with hard water-hopefully they listen soon.

New water system installed about a month ago and I couldnâ t be happier! I had researched systems and was about to try and install a system myself when my neighbor referred them to me. My consultant Mike was informative and knew so much. He was impressive and not pushy. Iâ m so glad we went with them instead. The drinking water is excellent, the house water running to my humidifier is clear now, no more gunk around my faucets, no smells in the washer or dishwasher, no spots on dishes or other surfaces. And most importantly I donâ t have to worry about dangerous contaminants being absorbed into my skin and body. My friend who installed their own system spent nearly as much as I did and said they donâ t see a difference in the water. I think itâ s because Orbit has better quality, I noticed how good it was immediately. And itâ s maintenance free! Canâ t say enough good things about it, very satisfied!

Just a pleasure! Easy! Just had the system installed in my home which has city water and I thought I was fine until I called Evan and the team at Orbit. Man was I wrong. The water system leaves my skin soft like a baby and the drinking system is also a great investment now more carrying water bottles around. Highly recommend this system to anyone who owns a home. Worth every penny! Also Evan one of the sales reps is an amazing guy he really cares about your health and it shows just a good person all around. The installer Jared was the same thing! What a pleasure getting this system! Great company great product and great people!
