We are very pleased with our overall experience with Orbit. Scott was very professional, answered all our questions, and provided follow-up information that I requested. It was nice to walk through the test results step by step. I also appreciated that there was no intense-pressure, hard-sell behavior. The installation was quick and clean, and they walked us through usage. Everything has been working well. We're very happy with our system.

We are very happy with our experience with Orbit, absolutely love the new water softener filtration and reverse osmosis system! The installation happened quickly and painlessly, and the system has greatly improved the quality of our water. Orbit representative Scott Culin did a great job answering all my questions in a timely fashion. Overall, It's worth every penny you spent on this water softener system!

Scott Culin is great. We received unparalleled parallel customer service and they were very responsive when we had questions or concerns. I was told in the past that our water was not able to be fixed. They worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied and it was fixed

Mike, the Senior Marketing Executive was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He listened and made recommendations based on the water test results as well as my specific household needs. I didn't feel pressured. The installers Max and Tim were great! They were respectful of my home, and extremely polite. They worked quickly. They thoughtfully explained the features of the equipment. They removed the old water softner and installed the new one without disturbing anything. They left everything in pristine condition, despite having to work in a tight spaces. Mike followed up, to ensure I was satisfied with the results. The entire process, from my initial call to schedule an estimate until installation was completed, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Orbit Energy & Power. I wish all home improvement projects were as successful.
