Scott Culin was my water Rep. He did a very thorough Job explaining the process. He is always easy to get a hold of and Extremely responsive. He got me set up with my new water system from Orbit and I couldn't be happier. The install team was great. They made sure I fully understood all the ins and our of my new water system before they left .This is by far one of the best investments I've ever made. I had very hard water and now the water that comes out of my pipes is incrediblly soft and pure! We are very satisfied.

Dustin visited and walked us through the water quality and equipment they provide. We really like their warranty and service provided. He is very straightforward, honest and easy to work with. Dustin tested and explained why our water tastes horrible and did a demo how the system would work. We compared a few quote and decide to go with orbit. Dustin helped us to book the installation for next day! I mean literally next day, the crew showed up 11 am and finished the installation in 2 hrs. Dillan and Ryan are both quick, professional, easy going and they wear shoe cover the whole time - I really appreciate that. They made sure the old water is emptied out from the pipe and boiler. The RO system works immediately after empty the tank twice, the â pool water tasteâ - what my wife called - completely went away and tap water is also much softer- we like shower with soft water. By today, the water come from RO taste crystal clear and sweet - itâ s working quite amazing. Oh I also really like their softening system in the basement, itâ s really cool looking and the salt bin is very short - saves me so much effort to dump salt. Overall me and my wife are so happy and would recommend to our friends as well!

Dustin was AMAZING!! He explained everything and nothing was a surprise after they started working. And the best part - we have well water and can actually drink it now and it is delicious. Hands down would recommend them!

The water treatment is great. The only thing is waiting for another crew to contact us to make an appointment to patch the holes in the wall they made while installing the purification system. It has been 2 weeks and no one has contacted me yet.
