Many companies asked me about my water. Did it taste bad? Did it smell? Then guaranteed me that they had the â right â system to solve the problem. When I contacted Orbit they first said that the first step was to test my water to determine what was needed to get us â cleanâ water. We made an appointment and Scott came in with his test kit and showed us the results. We talked about the system they would recommend for us and what it would cost, financing,and the â lifetime guarantee â . The next thing Scott told us was what little it would cost us to maintain the system yearly. He also told us about the 24/7 phone number to use should â anyâ problem arise. Add to that the 0 down payment,0%, for 12 mos. It was an easy decision...Yes , we want the Orbit system! Everyone we have talked to has been very helpful and friendly. The follow-up with the finance company was a â breezeâ . We are now scheduling our first test on the system and water by Orbit to see if the system is working as expected or if it needs a little â tweaking â . This proves to me that they care about my family and itâ s needs and are willing to do whatever it takes. The proof is in the pudding as they say. Iâ m sure we made the right decision when we chose Orbit.

Scott culinary was the sales person who good care of us .. explained everything in detail and assured we would be happy with our new system .. he was right on point .. was a pleasure having him help us .. anyone needing advice on their water should contact Scott .. he will meet all your needs ..

We just moved into our house in the fall and immediately started researching whole house filtration systems. Andrew came out, gave a wonderful demonstration and answered all our questions. The system was installed in a week and we couldn't be happier. The water tastes delicious and we have already seen a difference in the amount of lotion/soap we have to use, along with our hair and skin looking healthier. We use multiple humidifiers and there is almost no mineral residue coating the outside now, so I can only imagine how much the new water is helping the rest of our appliances. This system is definitely worth the investment.
