"I have hired many contractors from Home Advisor but this my first review. This team is amazing. They show up on time, clean up after themselves at the end of every day, their work is amazing and they have great attention to detail. I had Owens Corning wall panels in my finished basement, they were here when I bought my house and I hated them from day one; they were too industrial looking for my taste. Anthony and Michael removed all of the double layered panels in a 1500 sq ft basement and disposed of them. They put up drywall, did all of the finishing work, put all 20 receptacles back in, put up floor and door trim and painted. They also replaced two casement windows and rehung two doors that were not installed properly by the previous homeowners. I plan on hiring them to replace the antiquated drop ceiling next."

"This was actually a major remodel of a master suite that involved two baths, a walk-in closet, a hallway, moving walls, fixing roof leaks, heated tile floor, custom built showers, and more. Dave was wonderful to work with! He quoted out every last detail and never tried to give us false expectations. He was very conscientious about the quality of all phases of the job. Not only was his own work in carpentry, wall building, vanity installation and tiling excellent, but as our General Contractor he brought in a wonderful plumber, electrician, HVAC, and tile people and I am using them all again for various odd jobs as things come up with other parts of the house. Since our house is a somewhat neglected 30 year old home, we had expected to find all sorts of problems, but whatever we encountered, Dave made sure it was fixed right before the end of the project. We didn't have a plumb wall to start with, but by the time he finished all the demo and rebuild, the Master Suite never looked this good! The only other thing I can say is that this was the first time we had ever had any sort of remodel done and we started with a lot of custom built tile showers and odd tile and tried to coordinate Silestone countertops and sills from one place and tile from another and in the end the project took even longer than expected because it was hard to coordinate what needed to be done in what order or ordered when. When we have him do our last bathroom later this year, I will know to be a little bit more on top of that if I'm in a hurry, rather than expecting Dave to have everything scheduled with no wasted time. Specifically, I also did not realize that doors and baseboards would have to be stained, so I had them sitting in the garage for days before realizing that I could have been doing that so they'd be ready for when he needed to install them. That's probably more my inexperience than anything else. Dave was a pleasure to work with and he really seemed to care that everything was exactly where we wanted it, giving his expert advice if I was about to make a stupid decision (something for which I am very grateful since, as I mentioned, this was our first remodel ever) so we are very, very pleased with the result! His prices were below the average of all the estimates we received and yet the quality of the work and the results are outstanding! Nothing below average there! Also his estimate was spot on and there were no overages except when we changed or mind and added something. I would recommend him to anyone for any home project."

"We had two bathrooms completely gutted. Bathrooms were original to a 1940's house and consisted of wet bed tile floor and plaster walls. Demo was extensive but done in a clean and efficient manner. Everything was ripped out, water lines replaces with PEX, new tile, vanity, shower stall, tub/tub surround, and lighting replaced. We also had custom tile work performed along with inset shelves and marble features. In addition, wainscoting installed, new custom window sills installed, removed old closets, and much more... Starting off with the estimate, Mike was a very polite, responsive, and courteous. We received the estimate in a timely fashion. We received estimates from several other companies and Ferris was the best and most economical. We chose Ferris b/c we could supply all the fixtures, tile, and construction material on our own. We could control cost and pick exactly what we wanted. We were not pressure to use a specific supplier or product. We had complete control and this is exactly what we wanted. Not only that but Ferris advertised that they work to do it right and that is definitely true! Wayne and Brandon were amazing!!! These two guys did the entire job from start to finish. We had constant contact with Wayne and he was always responsive about changes we wanted to make last minute and extra work. We cannot say enough about how professional and amazing Wayne was with overseeing and performing all the work throughout the project. The entire renovation took 6 weeks from start to finish. Both bathrooms were gutted in 2 weeks and the rest was put back together in just 4 weeks! The quality of work was exceptional. We were beyond impressed with the attention to detail. I will definitely hire Wayne and Ferris again for any project in our house."
