Was looking to hire to install a system I purchased but after speaking with a rep. They came to my home and offered a system based on my water needs. Extremely professional. Installation was a breeze. Highly recommend.

We have been dealing with our water problems for 2 years. Our skin and hair have been severely suffering. Orbit came out and did some tests that confirmed our suspicions. Our water was dangerously high in acidity, nitrates and iron. They installed a whole house water filtration system and instantly things are improving. I can't thank them enough! Everyone from this company is super helpful and really friendly. Scott is very knowledgeable and confirmed what I suspected was wrong with our water. We ended up getting a water softener and purification system after our dishwasher of 2 years broke and we noticed all the build up from the water. We also noticed our eyes burning, hands cracking, and my daughters eczema getting so bad. We are so glad we went with this system. It gives us ease of mind that us and our children are now drinking and using safer healthier water. Scott is really nice and really follows up with you. The tech who installed our system was super knowledgeable and very nice! We even had a quote for our kitchen remodel from orbit. Everyone is truly there to help. You can tell overall this company cares. I would recommend them to everyone I know. We are so pleased!

I recently moved into a new area and unfortunately the water was horrible. My skin and hair was dry and the water had an awful taste. Several test by water softer systems showed I had a 376 TDS, a hardness of 12 and a pH of 7. In my previous home, I purchased the Culligan system with reverse osmosis and was satisfied. This go round I wanted to make sure it was the best option. I was contacted by Orbits when I did an inquia ry on a Home advisor looking for a water softener system. Admittedly, I was skeptical but glad I took the chance. Orbit came out the next day. The next week I had the reverse osmosis system installed. I noticed the difference immediately. To ensure I wasn't imagining things I went to Lowes and bought an at home test. Based on the strip, I am happy to say that the TDS dropped tremendously under 100, no hardness was detected and my pH from my reverse osmosis was above 9 alkaline. The system is a little more expensive but I don't regret the purchase, I have a lifetime warranty, they will move the system if I move anywhere in the US and again, I have alkaline water. Well worth the price and it's ultimately saving me money as I don't have to purchase expensive cases of alkaline water every week

This company is outstanding. I live in the city so it was important to me that I know what was in my drinking water. I received a very thorough water test presentation from Brandon W and I was sold. Clean water is such an important part of our overall health and is worth the investment. I signed up for the water treatment installation. The workers came and set up my system without a hitch and even installed a water spout above my kitchen sink to use specifically for drinking water and cooking.

They came in and gave a very informative presentation. They were the only ones who stood behind their produce 100% by offering a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. They even had a solution that did not involve re-seating the carbon. I cannot recommend this organization enough.
