Orbit came out on a Friday night after I found them on Home Advisor. They discovered black mold in my water system in addition to testing the water and helping us determine what we would need. They were kind, intelligent and caring. They ensured that we get our new system the very next day to get rid of that mold. One part was on back order and they bent over backwards to get it installed ASAP when it came in a few days later. They also figured out why my clothes washer stopped working after getting the new system and fixed that too! They listened to my needs, they were so kind and respectful, and they worked fast. I would absolutely recommend them!

Quick installation great warranty and maintenance policy

We had a glitch in that while the crew was installing the system, one of the light fixtures was broken, they discounted the price more than enough to replace the fixture. I am well pleased with the overall work. The system is working fine and the difference in the soft water is amazing. I am telling my neighbors about the company. The only thing that I would add, it would be better if Orbit had an office in Richmond, The installation crew had to come from Maryland, it is not cost effective to have the crew come Maryland to install in Richmond. I will say that they arrived on time and did a excellent job.

Dustin was very professional and outlined the ro and theinstillation in detail. The installers came at the arranged time and were very neat.

Dustin was awesome in explaining the water condition in my area and the benefit details on what to expect once the system is in place. Installers came the next day and did a great job installing the system with minimal impact to my basement.

Orbit was amazing. They were quick, professional and easy to work with. Loved this service. The water doesn't taste like chlorine anymore! And an interesting side effect was my hair is no longer frizzy and hard to work with. I thought that was a silly thing to promote, but it's amazing how the softer water has changed my hair for the better, lol! I was on the fence about this for a couple years, but I wish I had done it sooner

We did the whole home purification system and the reverse osmosis drinking water solution. Never made such a great decision before.

Orbit installed a Puronics water filtration system in my home over a month ago and all I can say is WOW! It is by far the best investment I have made for my family. I knew our county water was harsh and heavily chlorinated (I could smell and taste it), but I had no idea what a tremendous difference a Puronics system would make on everything in my home from bathing my kids, washing dishes, doing laundry and preventing water rings in my clean toilets. The alkaline drinking water is the cherry on top! This system has by far exceeded all of my expectations. Not only is this system the best in the industry, Orbitâ s team, lead by Shelby, was exceptional, kind, and amazing to work with. I received wonderful customer service every step of the way. All of my questions were answered with factual information and data. Our installer, Travis, was very knowledgeable and further solidified working with Orbit was a great decision for my family. A high quality install was a must for me, especially with plumbing involved. The lifetime warranty Orbit provides stands alone in comparison to their competitors. While a Puronics system is more costly than the DIY system available from a local hardware store, it is worth every penny and will stay with my family for life. The quality is in a league of its own! I highly recommend!!!
